YEYO'S RESTAURANT MAKEOVER

Chef Rafael Rios envisioned expanding his restaurant and enriching the guest experience within his space at 8th Street Market in Bentonville, Arkansas. Inspired by the rich heritage of Mexican craftsmanship, our design approach embraced organic textures and honest materials to create a warm, immersive environment. We integrated terracotta tiles, raw steel, jute rope, Sapele wood, and natural stone, grounding the space in authenticity. Thoughtful styling elements—such as handwoven papetas, traditional Mexican masks, and sculpted hearts crafted from Oaxacan volcanic clay—further deepened the cultural narrative and brought a soulful, artisanal spirit to the space.
